A friend of mine updated his twitter status this morning as following:

“(xxx) is back to Siberia.”

I giggled at his tweeting thinking that, as a person from the Korean peninsula where we directly face wind from the northeast Siberia, the coldness here in Brussels is not as harsh as Siberian one. Given the fact that he is from Sicily, however, I assumed that this would be ‘Siberian enough’ to him.

A couple of scenes from today.

In the morning

In the evening

Coincidentally, a postcard I got today from Eunji had a landscape of snow in a Japanese painting. Someday I want to go to snowy Hokkaido.

I don’t like the summer nor the winter much but I think, without the winter, it would be a little boring. Especially the winter without snow.
